The Parade of Homes is a scattered site tour of new homes in the Palm Coast area. Once a year, the Flagler Home Builders Association open models, spec and pre-sold homes for people to tour.

When is the Parade of Homes?

2023 Parade Dates — April 22nd–30th
Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

How much does it cost to tour?

Touring is FREE and self-guided. There is no pre-registration and the best part is you can start and stop wherever and whenever you want!
