Situated on nearly 600 acres of woodlands just
10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, The
Conservatory
is a primary residence club community that
offers the services of a destination resort with
a “members-only” ambiance.
The centerpiece of The Conservatory is a Tom
Watson Signature course design highlighted by
man-made waterfalls, veneered stone work and
millions of dollars
in landscaping. The course is open to Members
and
Ginn Hammock Beach resort guests.
The Conservatory
 will
soon celebrate the grand
opening of its 44,000 square foot Clubhouse,
with spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms,
fine dining, full-service golf shop and swim
pavilion.
